ABOUT ME

Hi everyone! I'm Kimberly Jones and I've lived in Charlotte, North Carolina for 24 years. I almost can't believe it's been that long but there's no place I'd rather be. Charlotte's got it all!  Delicious food, lots of activities, and great people! Like many young people in the Queen City, I started my first career in finance. After working for several years at The Vanguard Group, I decided to try my skills at something new and took the leap to get my PharmD to become a pharmacist. I’ve never looked back! I have been a community-based pharmacist for twelve years now, providing clinical services, medication therapy management, comprehensive medication review services, and patient consultations. It's been great. However, as healthcare begins to transition from a disease-based model to more of a patient-centered model, I see an opportunity for pharmacists to help take better care of our most vulnerable patient population. A physician-pharmacist collaboration is a unique and valuable way to provide this care (and satisfy the Improvement Activities performance measure) and I am looking forward to helping physicians advance forward and expand their team to include a pharmacist! Please browse my services and contact me with any questions you may have or if you're ready to begin working together.
